Over two days, we will explore the forces shaping our industry and work together to strengthen its long‑term resilience, vitality, and capacity to enhance both visitor experiences and resident quality of life.

This year’s conference theme invites us to reflect on the responsibility we share as caretakers of Hawaiʻi’s visitor industry and the communities it touches. This theme recognizes the light carried in our histories, cultural values, and collective wisdom—and the importance of protecting and elevating that light through collaboration, data‑informed planning, and regenerative practices. As we collectively build a better, more resilient visitor destination together, we honor the stories that shape us, leverage knowledge to guide us, and illuminate a path toward a sustainable future for all who call Hawaiʻi home and all who come to experience its beauty.
